Making connections in our Brain

 "Nifty" neuron helps us learn about the connections we make in our brain. We know if we learn new information over and over again we can make strong "path ways" between other neurons in our brain.
We remember and are able to repeat that learning again because the connections are strong.
 On the back wall of our classroom we have displayed our neurons and show how the strong pathways connect with other neurons.
 Can you see the the strong pathway connecting with another neuron in these photographs?

    "Nifty" Neuron looks very happy to be in your Room 19. Why do you think he is soooooo happy? Could it be you are learning about how you can improve your learning by practising and making strong pathways between neurons?
